chestnut Soup
The chestnut is a nutritious food rich in minerals, vitamins, and sugar and high in calories.
Chestnuts 80g, Beef broth 250g, Celery 20g, Butter 15g, Onion 10g, Salt, Black Pepper
1. Thinly slice the peeled onion and celery and stir-fry with butter in a pot.
2. Add thinly sliced chestnuts and beef broth. Cook over slow fire with the lid closed.
3. When the chestnuts and vegetables are fully cooked, finely grind in a mixer and filter through a sieve.
4. Boil once again with cream and butter, and season with salt and black pepper. Throw in a few croutons as a final touch.
