1. Whip the cream. Boil the chestnuts in water for 30 minutes and peel. 2. Put the chestnuts in a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes with milk, water, salt, sugar, and vanilla essence. Take out the chestnuts and bring 60ml of milk to a full boil. 3. Mash the chestnuts and mix thoroughly with butter, chocolate, cognac, and hard-boiled milk. Let it cool. 4. Design the plate by squeezing a bit of topping/cream. 5. Sprinkle over with powdered sugar and decorate with whipping cream and almonds. |
