| 20 Chestnuts, sponge cake, 3 big spoonful of black sesame, 1 big spoonful of honey. |

1. Wash chestnuts clean and steam in steamer. 2. During steaming chestnuts, make sponge cake into power through fine sieve. 3. Grind black sesame in mortar and remove the peels by passing it through sieve. 4. When chestnuts are steamed, peel off and mash with 1 big spoonful of honey. 5. Make (4) into round dough and apply the prepared powder. * Note: to make dough well with chestnut, mix it with steamed sweet potato. |
