| Chestnut curry on the rice |

| The word 'Curry' comes from the indian word 'Curi curi'(delicious, great). And curry power does not exist and it is made by mixing 20 materials. Spices in curry has fragrance and taste as well as function to prevent senile dementia and to help digestion. |

| 15 chestnuts, beef 100g, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 potato, 1 carrot, curry powder |

1.Chop onion, green pepper and potato. 2.Peel off chestnuts and leave it raw. 3.Put pot on the fire and apply oil a little. Then fry beef on middle fire, and put hard materials such as chestnut, carrot and potato when beef is half done and fry. And put onion and green pepper and fry for more than 5 minutes. 4. Mix curry powder with 2 cups of water. And pout it into (3) and boil stirring with flat spoon. 5. Put enough rice into bowl and apply curry on it. * Note: if putting 1 small spoonful of minced garlic when fying vegetables, it becomes fragrance curry dish |
