| 10 chestnuts, 1 cucumber, 1/2 of onion, spices: 1 big spoonful of powdered red pepper, 1 big spoonful of vinegar, 1/2 big spoonful of sugar, little salt, sesame oil, whole sesame. |

1.Wash cucumber and cut round into 0.5cm pieces. 2.Cut round raw chestnut into same size with cucumber. 3.Peel off onion and shred it fine. 4.Put 1, 2, 3 into a bowl and mix it with seasoning. 5.Put 1 big spoonful of sesame oil and spread whole sesame before putting into a bowl. *Note: it makes appetite higher with fragrant cucumber and chestnut, and good for side dish. |
