Seasoned chestnut and shred cucumber
Balanced with the unique fragrance of cucumber and crunchy flavor of chestnut. It is plain and not sting. Good to prevent skin trouble.
10 chestnuts, 1 cucumber, 1/2 of onion, spices: 1 big spoonful of powdered red pepper, 1 big spoonful of vinegar, 1/2 big spoonful of sugar, little salt, sesame oil, whole sesame.
1.Wash cucumber and cut round into 0.5cm pieces.
2.Cut round raw chestnut into same size with cucumber.
3.Peel off onion and shred it fine.
4.Put 1, 2, 3 into a bowl and mix it with seasoning.
5.Put 1 big spoonful of sesame oil and spread whole sesame before putting into a bowl.
*Note: it makes appetite higher with fragrant cucumber and chestnut, and good for side dish.
