Fried Beef and Mushrooms
The color may not be very appetizing, but the taste is wonderul.
Oak-mushrooms 70g, beef 50g, onion 50g, pimento 30g, egg 30g, sesame seed oil, sugar, sesame seeds, chives, soy sauce, vegetable oil.
1. Parboil the oak-mushroom and tear them into pieces
2. Chop the pimento in half and take out all the seeds, then chop them 5cm in width and
4cm in length.
3. Slice the meat. Chop it into 5cm lengths.
4. Add all the seasonings and broil it on a pan.
5. Add 1/4 glass of water. When it starts to boil, add the carrot, onion and mushroom and
stir.
6. Place on a plate with pimento and egg
