Mushroom Rolls
 The oyster mushroom and the dropwart should be preboiled
Oak-mushrooms 70g, beef 50g, onion 50g, pimento 30g, egg 30g, sesame seed oil, sugar, sesame seeds, chives, soy sauce, vegetable oil.
1. The oyster mushroom and the dropwart should be preboiled with a little salt in the
water. Later, all the water should be removed and they should be seasoned with salt
and sesame seed oil.
2. Mix egg, water, and flour and knead. Then, make a pancake with it on a square pan.
3. Put the seasoned mushrooms on the pancake and roll it. Apply egg whites to the edge
of the pancake.
4. Pour oil onto the pan and fry the rolls.
