| 5 oak mushrooms, noodle 200g, 2 roots of small green onion, 10 soup anchovy, 1 big spoonful of salt, 1 big spoonful of soy sauce. |

1. Soak oak mushroom enough and shred it into fine pieces. 2. Remove head and internal organs from anchovy and put it with oak mushroom into cold water and boil for a long time. 3. Pull out the anchovy of (2) and season with salt and soy sauce. 4. Boil noodle and wash it fingering in cold water to make stingy. 5. Remove water by putting (4) on sieve, and then put into bowl. Then pour (3). 6. Put garnish and spread small green onion. |
