Mushroom and vegetable stew
Anchovy that bone can be eaten has rich calcium and mineral. So it prevents osteoporosis and aging. Also it helps the growth of the young. It is easy to boil hard with oak mushroom.
5 oak mushrooms, anchovy 300g spices : 2 big spoonful of soy sauce, 2 big spoonful of millet jelly, pinch of sugar, sesame oil, 1 small spoonful of minced garlic.
1. Shred oak mushroom into proper size.
2. Prepare sauce for hard boiling in advance.
3. Remove head and internal organs from anchovy and dry it with dry cloth. And then cut it
half.
4. Put only anchovy into pan (no oil) and fry quick only till the fishy taste goes off.
5. Put oak mushroom into the fried anchovy and boil it hard with soy sauce, sugar, minced
garlic, and water.
6. When it boiled to have no juice, add millet jelly and sesame oil.
