| Oak mushroom and egg roll |

| Good as side dish for meal and drinking with rich nutrition. If fire is too
strong, the egg becomes brown, so use weak fire. |

| 4 oak mushrooms, 2 eggs, 1/2 of green pepper, 1/3 of carrot. |

1. Take off pole from oak mushroom and wash it. Then shred it into fine pieces. 2. Shred green pepper and carrot into same sizes as oak mushroom. 3. Stir throughly egg to mix york evenly. 4. Spread oil on frying pan and pour (3) wide. 5. Put (1) and (2) neatly inside of the roundly spreaded egg, and roll it slowly. 6. When egg is done, turn off the fire and cool it down for a while. And then cut it into 1cm length. |
