| Oak mushroom and ear shell porridge |

| 7 oak mushrooms, 5 ear shells, 2 cups of soaked rice, 1 small spoonful of sesame oil, 1 small spoonful of minced garlic, pinch of salt. |

1. Select small oak mushrooms and shred it into fine pieces. 2. Remove internal organs from ear shell and wash it clean. 3. Remove water from ear shell and shred it into fine pieces. 4. Wash rice clean and soak. And then grind in mixer to be mashed half. 5. Apply 1 small spoonful of sesame oil into pot, and fry the mashed rice. Then add minced garlic and fry together. 6. When rice becomes transparent, pour 10 cups of water. 7. Boil it stirring with wooden flat spoon in medium fire. 8. When rice starts to turn soft, put oak mushroom and the shred ear shell. Then boil it with weak fire. 9. Season with salt and serve it in dish. |
