| 5 oak mushrooms, sea weed, 3 big spoonful of soup soy sauce, pinch of salt, 1 small spoonful of garlic. |

1. Soak seaweed in cold water and rub it to be bubbled.
2. Cut the soaked seaweed into short pieces. Cut oak mushroom into 1cm cubic.
3. Put sesame oil into a pot and fry the cut seaweed, garlic and oak mushroom.
4. Pour water into 3 and boil it for some time.
5. When seaweed becomes soft, season it with soup soy sauce and salt.
* Note : do not put green onion as it makes puckery taste. |
