Mushroom and vegetable stew
Fusion dish that children like, and it can satisfy taste and nutrition together as it contains various materials.
5 oak mushrooms, 1/2 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 chinese cabbage, broccoli 100g, little of pea
sauce : 5 big spoonful of flour, 4 big spoonful of butter, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 3 cups of
            gravy, 1 big spoonful of salt, pinch of pepper.
1. Cut oak mushroom into cubic.
2. Cut carrot and broccoli into same size.
3. Shred onion and chinese cabbage into 1cm length and fry with (1) and (2) in frying
    pan.
4. When vegetables are done, pour gravy.
5. Fry butter and flour in frying pan to be brown, and pour ketchup and water. Then stir
    thoroughly.
6. Stir (5) not to lump and it becomes brown sauce.
7. Pour (6) into (4) and mix well. It is completed delicious mushroom and vegetable stew.
8. Spread some boiled peas when putting in dish for decoration.
