What is the nutritional value of pine-mushrooms? According to analysis, pine-mushrooms contain about 89% water, 2% protein, 0.5% vegetable fat, 6.7% carbohydrates, 0.8% fiber, vitamins, and other inorganic substances.
Pine-mushrooms consist of 8.5% carbohydrates, and most of these are vegetable fibers. Their scent is a mixture of 1-octen-3-ol and methyl cinnamate. They also contain a considerable amount of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and ergosterol.
Furthermore, the first, second, and third grade pine-mushrooms contain 6.244%, 5.686%, and 5.734% crude-fibers, respectively. The lower the grade, the lower the content of crude-fibers.
