Pine-mushroom and bamboo shoot Stir Fry
Pine-mushrooms and bamboo shoots mixed together with oyster sauce have a uniquely appetizing taste.
Canned bamboo shoots 15g, Vegetable oil 10g, Sliced spring onion 10g, Garlic 3g, Rice wine 7g, Salt 1g, White pepper 1g, Sesame seed oil 5g, Potato flour 25g, Pine-mushrooms 75g, Oyster sauce 7g
1. Slice pine-mushrooms and bamboo shoots diagonally and slightly heat them.
2. Pour oil and heat frying pan on high heat.
3. Add spring onion, garlic, and rice wine to the pan and quickly stir fry before adding the
pine-mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
4. Season with oyster sauce and salt.
5. Dissolve potato flour in water and adjust the thickness.
6. Garnish with sesame seed oil and pepper.
