Pine-Mushrooms with Sea Cucumber
The simplest dishes require the expertise of proper flavoring.
Dried sea cucumber 15g, Pine-mushrooms 25g, Vegetable oil 5g, Oyster sauce 3g, Brewed soy sauce 3g, Sesame seed oil 1g, Finely chopped garlic 1g, Finely chopped ginger 1g, Chopped spring onion 4g, Rice wine 2g, Potato flour 10g
1. Soak dried sea cucumber, slice diagonally, and slightly boil.
2. Slice the mushrooms in the same manner and lightly fry.
3. In a hot frying pan, fry spring onion, garlic, and ginger with a bit of water.
4. Season with rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and potato flour.
5. When ready, add cooked mushrooms and sea cucumber.
6. Garnish with sesame seed oil and pepper.
