Pine-Mushrooms, Abalone, and Sea Cucumber
Dried or canned abalone can be used, except for raw dishes. The shell of the abalone is used as a medicine in traditional Oriental medicine and the inside is for cooking.
Sliced dried sea cucumber 10g, Sliced abalone 12g, Sliced pine-mushrooms 12g, Vegetable oil 5g, Oyster sauce 3g, Brewed soy sauce 2g, Finely chopped garlic 1g, Finely chopped ginger 1g, Chopped spring onion 6g, Rice wine 2g, Potato flour 10g
1. Slightly boil sea cucumber and lightly fry pine-mushrooms with the abalone.
2. Pour oil and heat frying pan.
3. Fry spring onion, garlic, rice wine, pine-mushrooms, and abalone together.
4. Season with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
5. Control the thickness with water and potato flour.
6. Garnish with sesame seed oil and pepper.
