Fried Pine-mushrooms with beef
Many Chinese dishes use sliced ingredients. It is important to slice them into similar shape and size.
Beef 60g, Pine-mushrooms 30g, Sliced leek 10g, Sliced garlic 10g, Finely chopped ginger 10g, Potato flour 10g, Eggs 10g, Vegetable oil, Sesame oil, Brewed soy sauce, Rice wine, A pinch of sugar, A pinch of black pepper, Rice wine, Oyster sauce
1. Slice the beef and pine-mushrooms.
2. Mix potato flour, water, and eggs. Coat the beef with this batter and fry.
3. Lightly fry the pine-mushrooms.
4. Fry spring onion, garlic, ginger, and rice wine over high heat.
5. Season it with soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce and add the cooked beef and mushrooms. Slightly fry the mixture while stirring.
6. Control the thickness with water and potato flour. Garnish with sesame seed oil and pepper.
