Roasted pine mushroom and green pepper
nutritious roast side dish that is easy to cook in the short time.
2 pine mushrooms, 1 green pepper, 1/2 onion, salt, pepper.
1. Shred pine mushroom into long pieces.
2. Cut green peer into two and remove seeds. Then shred it into the same width with
pine mushroom.
3. Peel off onion and shred it.
4. Apply oil into frying pan and fry (1) and (2) together.
5. As onion becomes juicy easily, put it later and fry slightly.
6. When it begins to be soften, season it with salt and pepper.
* Note : remove water from vegetables, as oil can spring up when putting wet vegetables
into frying pan.
