Hard-boiled pine mushroom and fish paste
Appetizing dish with salty taste. Fish paste that is not oily adds the stingy taste.
3 pine mushrooms, fish paste 200g, 1/2 of onion.
sauce : 3 big spoonful of soy sauce, sugar, millet jelly, 1 big spoonful of powdered red
pepper, 1 small spoonful of minced green onion, 1 small spoonful of minced
garlic, pepper, sesame oil, whole sesame.
1. Cut pine mushroom into similar size with fish paste.
2. Remove oil on the surface of fish paste by boiling quick or pouring hot water.
3. Cut onion and fish paste into mouthful sizes.
4. Make sauce with soy sauce, millet jelly, sugar, powdered red pepper, minced garlic,
and minced green onion etc.
5. Fry pine mushroom, fish paste and onion in frying pan.
6. When it is done to some extent, add the sauce of (4) and boil it hard.
7. Boil it to be soaked with spices and add whole sesame and sesame oil for the last.
* Oil of fish paste can be removed when boiling lightly in rice water.
