Pine mushroom and beef soup
Nutritious soup with rich fragrance of pine mushroom.
2 pine mushrooms, beef 200g, radish 100g, 1 root of big green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
1. Put beef, radish and big green onion into 6 cups of water.
2. Pull out beef and radish, and then shred it into proper sizes.
3. Boil the soup that boiled beef. Cut pine mushroom and put into the soup.
4. Put the cut beef and radish into (3), and season with soup soy sauce.
5. If it is not seasoned properly, do not add soy sauce and season with salt.
6. For the last, chop green onion and add. And then serve after spreading pepper.
* For soup, it is good to use shrank or bricket.
