Roasted pine mushroom and bacon
Fusion dish with rich nutrition. Good for side dish for drinking or snack. It makes good taste being harmonized with the unique fragrance of bacon and dressing materials.
2 pine mushrooms, 3 pieces of bacon.
1. Wash pine mushroom and cut it long into 0.5cm width.
2. Cut bacon into approximately 6~7cm length.
3. Roll pine mushroom with bacon and roast it to be yellowish in the frying pan applied
with olive oil.
4. As bacon itself is seasoned, no additional seasoning is needed.
* Note: if bacon is not rolled well, fix it with toothpick before roasting.
