Roasted pine mushroom with butter
it has soft fragrance of butter and pine mushroom is much softer and nutty than roasting with salt.
3 pine mushrooms, butter, pinch of pepper, salt.
1. Wash pine mushroom and cut it long.
2. If cutting it too thin, it is sodden, so prepare it little thick.
3. Melt butter in preheated frying pan, and roast pine mushroom rolling to both sides.
4. When the yellow color of butter soaks well into pine mushroom, turn the fire off and
season with salt and pepper.
