Hard-boiled pine mushroom and saury
In fall, physical strength that has dropped because of hot weather in summer recovers little by little. Let's enjoy pine mushroom with saury that is more fresh and has rich fragrance in fall. It is perfect to recover health and to prevent geriatric disease.
2 pine mushroom, 1 saury, 1 piece of radish, 2 green peppers, 1 root of green onion.
Spices : 2 big spoonful of thick soy, 1/2 big spoonful of powdered red pepper, 1/2 big spoonful of red pepper paste, 1 big spoonful of minced green onion, 1 big spoonful of minced garlic, 1 big spoonful of millet jelly, powdered sesame mixed with salt, pepper.
1. Cut pine mushroom into long pieces.
2. Remove internal organs from saury through gills, and wash it with flowing water. And
then crimp on the back and cut into two.
3. Cut radish into thin square to be done easily, and cut green pepper and green onion
obliquely.
4. Mix 1 big spoonful of sauce with water in a pot, and spread radish.
5. Put prepared saury and pine mushroom to 4, and boil it hard with sauce.
6. When it is done to some extent, add green pepper and green onion, and boil it for 2
minutes longer on weak fire.
* Note : to avoid fishy smell, open the lid and cook on strong fire at first.
