Steamed pine mushroom and egg
Balance of stingy pine mushroom and soft egg. It is nutritious and easy to digest.
1 pine mushroom, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper.
1. Wash pine mushroom and shred it into fine pieces.
2. Stir egg throughly to mix york and the white well.
3. Pour water into (2) to be 1:1 and mix pine mushroom.
4. Season with salt and pepper, and then steam it for 15 minutes.(cooking in a double
boiler is also good)
5. When it is almost done, decorate it by putting pine mushroom on it.
* To make soft steamed egg, you should balance the amount of water well.
