Sweet and sour pine mushroom
Why don't you prepare stingy sweet and sour pine mushroom for a person who dislikes meat smell? The stingy and crunch tastes are so nice.
5 pine mushrooms, 1 onion, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 carrot, wood ears.
frying clothes : 7 big spoonful of starch, 2 big spoonful of flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper.
sauce : 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 big spoonful of vinegar, 1 big spoonful of soy sauce, 1 big spoonful of starch water, salt.
1. Cut pine mushroom into 1cm thickness and 5cm length.
2. Cut cucumber and carrot into two and cut obliquely. And cut onion into big sizes.
3. Soak wood ear, and cut big ones into pieces. Clean the back side.
4. As starch should be settled, pour water into it and soak for a night.
5. Pour away the upper water on the soak starch, and add flour and egg into the hard
    starch. And coat the pine mushroom of (1) with the frying clothes.
6. Fry the coated pine mushroom in 180¡É oil.
7. Apply oil on frying pan and fry vegetables, and boil with materials of sauce. Then pour
    starch water to make source.
8. Put the fried pine mushroom on plate and pour the source.
* For crunch taste, eat it right after pouring the source.
